The Serbian Government on Session held on 03 May 2012 adopted a Regulation on the payment of contributions for pension and disability and health insurance for the priests and religious officials.
For priests and religious officials funds for payment of contributions for compulsory pension and disability and health insurance are provided by the budget of the Republic of Serbia to the lowest monthly level of contributions prescribed in Article 38 Law on Compulsory Social Insurance.
