Minister of Finance and Economy of Serbia has adopted Rulebook on the list of jurisdictions with a preferential tax regime (Rulebook).
Rulebook is published in the "Off. Gazette of RS" no. 122/2012 and is efficient from 26.12.2012..
Rulebook establishes a list of 51 jurisdictions with a preferential tax regime.
In relation to this jurisdiction pursuant to Art. 40 st. 3 of the Corporate Income Tax the higher rate applies to withholding tax, 25% (instead of 20%) on income derived by a non-resident legal entity from one of these jurisdictions based on royalties, interest and fee for rentals of real estate and movable properties as well as fees for services, regardless of their place of delivery or use.
